Just uploded the latest card list

I just updated the card list with Version 2 of the cube. It was much more balanced than Version 1. We drafted with it and I have some note on changing it even further. I'm removing most things to do with walls. Adding some more spirits and wizard tribal.

I recently purchased sleeves off of eBay. I got an 800 pack of black BCW brand sleeves. They are cheaper than Ultra Pro's and seem about the same quality. I'll let you know after playing with them how they feel.

The 800 amount is more than needed, so I'll have extras. I've already started to sleeve and tweak the cube a bit while doing so.

Just put together my first version of this draft. I'm currently working on uploading the card list (see right side menu) but I'm also adding them to an MTG Vault "deck" as well for people in that community to view, link here. 

Working on developing a flavor for the cube and not just focusing on game mechanics. This is rough draft of my planning process for the cube.

Just took out all of the commons I want to add to the cube. I'll need to sort through them and narrow them down.

I wanted to have it so it was very artifact heavy and have very few creature or "aura" enchantments but unfortunately I realized that I don't have a lot of equipment cards or they are in my constructed decks.

I'll either need to trade for extras, disassemble my per-constructed decks or revise my over-all plan for the cube.

Started Work on a cube

I've started working on building a cube for Magic the Gathering. I'm going to post updates to this blog so people can follow it and comment on it. This will be my first attempt constructing a cube. Initially I'm thinking that goblins and +1/+1 counters will play a large part. You can check out my updates to the cards I'm putting in it on the card list page.
